Project Overview :

This body of work focuses on real estate photography designed to present properties at their best while remaining accurate, inviting, and market-ready. The primary objective was to capture each space in a way that felt bright, balanced, and true to life, allowing potential buyers to clearly understand the layout, scale, and atmosphere of the property.

HDR Imaging :

We used HDR imaging to ensure the full dynamic range of each scene was captured, eliminating harsh shadows and uneven exposure while maintaining natural light throughout the frame. This approach allowed every detail of the interior to be visible, with no dark spots or blown highlights.

360° Virtual Tours :

In addition to stills, 360° photography was used to create interactive virtual tours, enabling viewers to walk through the property remotely via the client’s website. This added an immersive layer to the marketing experience and significantly improved how the space could be explored online.

Outcome & Value :

A cinematic property video was also produced to showcase flow, spatial relationships, and overall lifestyle appeal, supporting both digital listings and social marketing.

This project demonstrates my ability to combine technical precision with visual storytelling, delivering real estate content that is both informative and visually compelling.
